Product Marketer
Job Description:
About Rivero
Established in 2019 and headquartered in Switzerland, Rivero is a fast-growing European company and a Visa Fintech Partner specialising in bringing intelligence and automation to payment operations within the highly regulated payments industry.
We combine innovation and deep expertise to offer best-in-class intelligent solutions for fraud recovery, dispute management, and payment network compliance. We are looking for an ambitious, driven person to join us in the next phase of growth.
What are we looking for
We are hiring a Product Marketer who can translate the value of complex products into clear market-facing messages that help buyers understand why Kajo and Amiko matter, where they fit, and why they are credible solutions for financial institutions.
The role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success. The Product Marketer must have a deep understanding of the products, target buyers, the buying process, the competitive landscape, and the commercial strategy. The focus of the role is to turn that understanding into positioning, messaging, sales enablement, product narratives, launch plans, website content, and campaign foundations.
What can you expect?
- You will develop a deep understanding of Rivero’s ICPs, buyer profiles, needs, objections, and decision criteria.
- You will create clear messaging for each product’s different buyer personas, use cases, and markets.
- You will translate product capabilities into business value, addressing buyer pain points with proof points and commercial narratives.
- You will support marketing initiatives around new product launches, feature releases, and market announcements.
- You will work with Sales to understand what prospects ask for and where deals get stuck, and support Sales with account-based initiatives to drive conversion or re-engagement.
- You will work with Product to understand the roadmap, technical capabilities, regulatory context, and product differentiation to produce new content, update sales enablement material or help with the adoption of a new capability among existing customers
- You will conduct research on customers, prospects, competitors, and the market to keep refining our product positioning and messaging.
- You will work on product positioning on the website and landing pages so that buyers quickly understand relevance, differentiation, and credibility.
- You will build new and maintain existing product marketing assets and sales enablement materials for reuse across sales, marketing, and customer conversations.
About You
- You are a self-directed product marketing professional who can understand technical products and regulatory topics and make them commercially clear so buyers understand the value and why it matters.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS, Fintech, Financial Services, Compliance, Payments, Banking infrastructure or another complex B2B environment
- You have a track record of building positioning, messaging, and sales enablement from scratch
- You have a strong ability to understand and explain complex, technical, or regulated products in a commercially relevant language
- You have experience working closely with sales teams in an enterprise sales cycle, including developing customised sales materials, helping with objection handling and deal-stage messaging
- You are comfortable working as an individual contributor and operating independently without reliance on existing peers or specialised resources
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken
